Even if what you say is correct (and I don't know if it is; GMs don't have access to the voting logs, only Admins do), it is still your responsibility to make sure you only vote once per 24-hours. If you were having trouble with GTop, you should have made certain if voting on your main IP was successful or unsuccessful, before voting again on your mobile IP. You could have done this by looking at your current NX on the account and seeing if 8,000 was added to it. The Royals website will let you know if an account has already voted within the 24-hour period by denying you from voting, giving you a message similar to "you must wait xxx minutes before you can vote again", but that will only work for the same IP and/or the same account. You voting again on your mobile IP bypassed that restriction in place, and that is against the MapleRoyals ToS. The Admins gave out the vote abuse ban, so it will not be overturned. Please be much more mindful of your voting habits. ANY form of vote abuse after this ban will result in being upgraded to permanent.
