Perhaps the hotel you are staying at has another IP they can provide you with? Otherwise, the only safe way really would be to get a private VPN. You could try a public VPN, but we would recommend against that, as many of the public VPNs are already banned. Some free VPNs are also not secure and may compromise your account.
