Closed Wedding ETC Glitch

    Problem: officiator's permission glitch - can't drop or use
    Details: I did the quests to get married a few years ago, but there was a glitch and I couldn't finish it. Now I have the officiator's permission in my ETC that I can't drop, which prevents me from getting married to anyone. Would it be possible to help reset the wedding quest for this character? Thank you!

    Do you roughly remember how long has this issue been occurring?
    As you mentioned "a few years ago", like 2017~2018?
    (just need an estimation to update the Admins)

    Also just to confirm, is your character stuck at Engagement status?

    Yes I think this issue first occured around 2017~2018 and it's been stuck since then. And yes my character is stuck at the engagement status.
