IGN: tohruuu (my bishop) Problem: NX item disappeared Details: About 1 month ago I believe, I tried to gift my friend the baggy blue cardigan that she had wanted for a while. I tried to drop it but that didn't work, and then we even tried to trade it multiple times while making sure her inventories were empty enough to receive it. Still didn't work. I was kind of confused why because these are tradeable NX items and it's how I got mine in the first place, but I let it go at the time. I put it into my cash shop inventory to save space and left it there. Fast forward to right now and I decided that I want to sell my cardigan for mesos, but when I went to grab it out of my CS inventory, it wasn't there. I logged, and checked all of my inventories 3 times, yet still couldn't find it. Can I get some help with this? I put my off-white beret into the CS about a week ago as well and it's still there right now. If you need proof of my character ever owning it, I have pictures of my bishop with it on. kind of hard to tell in the 2nd image but it's the same cardigan! Last date I recall having it was around March 27th, 2023.
Not to be impatient or anything, but can I at least get some kind of confirmation that this has been noticed or looked at least? :/
