hi all! char ign is Shoboshi. i accidentlly dropped my zhelm it was 33 dex and 17 or 18 str and its lost now w/o any warning, just disapeard. i hope i can get it back thanks in advance!

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Or if you would like to schedule a time to meet for the refund then please let us know when is best for you.
