I never kept track of who I purchased it from, and it was purchased a few weeks back, right around the time I planned on playing buccaneer.
Do you have a forum post, or seller's info, or what price you paid? Any info will be helpful in this case. Because you should have these info based on this term
I do believe that is my fault in not keeping up with that new rules information, it seems as though I was on a break period from the game when that rule was introduced to the server. So casually I did not keep any of the information of the seller, since being on a break from when that rule was implemented I wasn't aware of it.
Any info would be helpful because right now, it looks like you bought it from a known rwt seller on character Gargalon and then passed it to BuccForLuck on July 21st
Unfortunately, I was not sure if the person who sold it to me was a known RWT'er. Never heard of them before this transaction, although the new rule states that I should have investigated before buying it, I was unaware of this. One thing for sure is when I seen the character who interacted with me, he was in full RP outfit and hair as well as a decently high level f/p, so I did not hesitate to think he would be a RWT'er. As in some previous ban appeals i've read the characters to be lvls 10-20. The person on discord who was "quitting" now known as "Deleted User" offered me the DSC as well as a couple other items at a very good price being 34b for the 123, to which it was worked out I may work towards that and make the buccaneer right away, so I did and started to self leech a new char (BuccForLuck now known as Fragile) Furthermore, I had just come back from taking quite a long break from Royals and had no clue what an acceptable price in the current economy was for the 123 DSC, although with a quick forum search it seemed like a solid next character plan in the making. I do remember there were 2 other items he mentioned that peaked my interest and those were the perfect str pioneer overall (70 stat) as well as a 50 int bathrobe, but seeing as how I opted away from making a low level leeching bs and I could perfect an overall later on down the road the only item I had interest in was the DSC.
I have his/her discord username? Could screenshot what I see on my discord about said user and send you in a PM? Also let me clarify what I had stated above, it was shown to me that he/she was quitting Buccaneer not the game altogether
Started PM. Meanwhile, it would be very helpful if you can get his IGN for us to cross reference. A legit seller shouldn’t be worried about providing the ign also how did you find him? Where did you see his advertisement and such? Was it in-game? If so, when?

Based on the very clear evidence that we have, this clearly RWT. That is why this rule does not apply.
