Closed Double Voted

    I did voted from my phone today and while I try to click that “prove you are not robot” picture thing. It showed up an error, so I clicked it again. Then I think I’m getting 2 times 8k NX instead of 1. I would like one of the staff take that extra 8k NX back from my accounts. Because I don’t want get ban by these kind of error and I don’t need that 8k NX which is not belong to me.

    this is my current NX. I'll go farm some daily boss and wait for staff respond or just take 8k nx straight from my account.

    As it's not possible to obtain 16k NX on the same day (UTC), could you provide more details about the situation?

    Did you vote with multiple networks?

    If you say it is not possible to obtain 16k NX on the same day, then i am not 100% sure now. The detail is i used my phone voted the first that cause an error, then i reclick that button. It have chance that my first vote though 4G or LTE and second one though Wifi.
    My concern is to get ban because obtain 16k NX on the same day from vote.
    So, I would like a staff to take it back or I'm good to stay with it.
    There is also a chance that i'm just being dumb like didnt remember my NX before vote correctly.
    Thank you for your time, I just want to make sure that i'm good.

    It is possible if it's done via 2 separate networks (example mobile data + WiFi)

    Will check with rest of the Staff about the situation

    Okay. That should be the case then. Please take 8k NX back.

    Appoligize about title bug things, my first time to post at forum, I don't know where I suppose to put my post at.

    I won't spend any NX until staff have a conclusion about this case.

    Since you guys are quite busy now. I won't vote at 21 Aug(UTC) since I double voted by accident today. I'm still waiting for staff decision, but i need to sleep now(Mountain Time). Hope there will be a solution for me tomorrow.

    by skipping voting on the 21st you'll be fine and we wont consider it vote abuse or take away 8k nx
