When I go full screen my game gets fuzzy and ugly
the game looks fine windowed though, and doesn't get fuzzy/ugly if I stretch it. It also performs fine windowed or full screen
The problem persists even if I change my resolution to 1024x768. While playing windowed at that resolution it will fill my screen with a bar at the top, displaying just fine. When I hit alt + Enter to go full screen, it gets fuzzy.
Forum won't let me upload image

Save the image as JPG instead of PNG if you wanna upload the image to Forums
File size limit is 1 MB

IDK, it looks like fullscreen is applying some weird color contrast that makes all of the dithering stand out?

    Fullscreen:

    Windowed:

It also looks like one of them is stretched/compressed

Might help a bit more if you attach a screenshot rather than a photograph taken on your phone

If the graphic issue doesn't shows up on screenshot, it's likely your PC/monitor setting

The issue doesn't occur for me when Royals is in full screen

I figured out the problem and solution.

Problem: The image was distorted because my display wasn't scaling the lower resolution to a higher resolution properly.

Solution: Enable your GPU to handle the scaling for applications

    For IntelHD Graphics:
right click desktop > Intel HD Graphics settings > Display > Scale Full Screen > check the Override Application Settings box

    For Nvidia:
Right click desktop > Nvidia Control Panel > Adjust The Size And Position Of The Desktop > Select A Scale Mode > Fullscreen

    For AMD:
alt + R to open Radeon Software > Gaming > Global Display > enable GPU Scaling / Integer Scaling

I'd just like to mention that apparently nobody other than me runs into these issues on an AMD card because NOBODY had the AMD instructions, just the Nvidia/Intel equivalent ~f7
