Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Was able to stay on for 30mins today at 14:00 server time but no GM came, might be able to get on today in about 5:30 hours, or on thursday at 14:00 sever time if that works for any GM.

I don't log in daily, and yes I will be able to log in at 14:00 UTC I will be able to log in about 3 hours from now aswell
