Cant find a place for me to post this so ill jz post here instead. Apologies ahead. Would like to check is there any NPC for us to make arrow like Red Arrow / Diamond Arrow? I remember theres one but couldnt recall as it was many years ago. Appreciate ur help. Thx
hello, there are 2 NPCs that sell these arrows. the merchant at showa market, and Mo at phantom forest (questline required to unlock this one). both red and diamond arrows have the same weapon attack, they're the best in the game before Von Leon ones. the only difference is that you can carry 4000 red arrows per slot, and 5000 for diamond ones.
