IGN: Moeyuki Problem: Perfect KC+3 Disappear Details: I do not have video or screenshots because I think it is normal scroll process so I did not record it whole scroll process I use Moeyuki to scroll, time happened : servertime 2023, September 12, 06:40-07:12, I scroll a 84KC when this period of time, the KC I scrolled 30% as following 1(failed, but no boom) 2 (pass) 3(pass) 4(failed, but no boom) 5(pass), after 30% scroll, then I gamble CSS20%, 1(pass) 2(failed, but no boom) 3(pass), I save it, I am pretty sure I did it and got a 99wa 4slot KC, after did CSS20% then I offline I only can remember is the whole scroll time is happened when servertime 06:40-07:12, and I bought one CSS20% from 15-15 Kheb's shop, else CSS20% I can not remember, I total use 84KC*4, and before I scrolled KC, I also scrolled some BWG when I just log on, and I found the KC disappear, I can not find in my char or storage NPC, normally after I scroll a good item, I will go to put it into NPC or keep on char
Sad.. There can only be 3 options.. 1) the KC boomed and you didn't even realize 2) you mixed up the KC with one of the failed ones and got rid of it 3) server bug (~0%)
Do you remember where was the last location of the weapon? Also, did you do a check of ~buyback at the time too?

Yes, I did not ss, but I am sure it is pass, fail no boom, pass, those CSS 20% about 180~200m each one
Have forwarded the issue to the Admins for confirmation As of today, there has yet to be a confirmed issue with the game making a non-NX item disappear but I would still let the Admins to see if anything may have caused it
No problem,I am appreciated and very ty @Dave Deviluke all GMs hard work, there are still much things waiting GMs to deal with, I am willing to wait, if it can not be back, I still want to know what happened actually and take this experience, and be more careful in the future
@Dave Deviluke I am sorry I want to ask to close the investigation, if the item can not back, no meaning for me, also waste Admins' time, I apologize who spent time in this post before Ty all GMs and Staffs tried to spend time to investigate this problem, hope GMs and Staffs can spend time to fix else more important things
