Updated! Hmm tbh I'm not too sure. Personally from guildies I heard of them buying/seeing shields of same TMA floating around 1.2b~1.4b, but I might sell it lower too depending on how it goes. Price guide says 29 tma is already 1.4b but I feel like that's a bit too high.
