IGN: Tianhu PROBLEM: My full set of mage end game equipments are missing. I can't remember the exact stats (been 4years) but these are the rough details - Ele Wand6 (at least 193tma), workgloves (22+ tma), single earrings (30 ish tma), maple shield (32+ tma), owl mask and possibly some others that I can't remember Details: I do not believe the account was compromised as many of the valuables are still there, which includes my 32int female robe. Oddly, it is seems to be just my full set of end game eqs. I do have another mage ign: Mantaizm, which I do not believe I've transferred the eqs over as I've been using Tianhu (bishop) to leech mantaizm all these while. Also mantaizm isn't level 130 yet so she can't use the ele wand. Either way, the eqs are not in both accounts. Further Details: I lost all my mesos in the store as I forgot to remove them before leaving the game. Could it be possible that the eqs disappeared from the store? Also is it possible to recover the 500m? I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. But I appreciate all gms/admins/staffs for looking into this. Thank you Sincerely, Tian

What's the color of the mentioned work gloves? For the Maple Shield, it's the level 20 version and not the 64 mage shield version right? In the situation if someone took your items from Oc 2019 to Sep 2023, we are unable to provide any rollbacks or refunds as well
Hi Dave, It was a YWG - Yellow Workgloves. Shield was the level 20 version not the level 64 maple magician (I already sold my 33tma lvl 64 shield earlier). There was a 9int 17ma (26tma) level 20 shield when I logon, I was thinking I had another higher tma shield but I could have remembered wrongly. If so, please ignore the shield For Earring I've found the exact stats - It is 12int 16ma (28tma) Single earring which I bought from @Elyss on 28th July 2017. So this may help. I've also enquired the repair cost for my old macbook, it is $200 but with no garauntee that the screenshots of eqs stats are there (I know I took lots of fm screenshots but can't be sure about my eqs). I'll leave that as the last resort
Will be forwarding the following information to the Admins to see if they can find anything Known stats - Single Earring INT 12, MA 16 Estimation - Elemental Wand 6 TMA 193 - Yellow Work Gloves TMA 22+ - Maple Shield TMA 32 As the Admins are unable to identify items by TMA, exact INT and MA is required for them to identify the correct items, hence please update this post if you are able to recall the exact stats of the mentioned missing items (or find any screenshots) *as it is entirely possible for a mage to have multiple INT gears of yellow work gloves or maple shield before, the vague stats may hinder the Admins from verifying the logs
nobody besides you seems to have logged in on Tianhu as for where you left some of your equipment: you may have lend them to a friend or sold them prior to quitting
