"HT Shad run" was originally just the name we made up for the method of the HT run. Using shads to smokescreen the tail and rush arms, etc. Not just ALL SHADS in the party. Ideally, you only need 2-3 shads with bucc, sair, DrK, SE, Pala, or any mix of those classes, but mostly melee since melee cant reach the tail, they need the shads to smoke it. Get my point? ok cool.

ALL THESE ASSHATS THAT RUN ONLY SHADOWER HT RUNS ARE SO THICK-HEADED. It seems all the NightLords just made Shads, once again thinking they are a god, and all other classes are obsolete. Stop it...

I have been HT'ing for 7 years now, and when the shadower changes came out I was a shad main at the time. I helped create the shad run in the Crossroads Discord, iykyk. I ran Shad runs on Shad, Paladin, and Corsair. Of all those runs, the best party was ALWAYS Shad/Bucc/Sair+any other 3 classes or mules. But we still call it a "shad run" because of the method used. These Mono-type parties are not the most efficient, it's lazy and ignorant. I get that the current HT 6man no mule party record is all shads, but it doesn't mean it's the best method. Its the only attempt, no other methods have been attempted yet.

TLDR; Shad run doesn't mean all shads only. it means smoke tail, aoe right side, rush arm.

Been seeing this phrase a lot more recently, it just comes off (to me) as just a tad rude: 'no reply = found/full'

'no reply = found/full' may be obnoxious but at least you know what to expect. It'll probably be shortened to something like NR=F eventually so everyone who values their time more than yours can fit it in smegas.

I know most people buying or selling stuff in smega are not getting 5 whispers per second. It really isn't hard to reply in most cases. If it's something like selling WS@ 400m then I get it, of course.

Maybe I should've whispered them to call them fat or something, at least there might be a response.

And so, after 120 levels of using Slash Blast, I can't use my other skills.

All because I'm at the mercy of other players' not killing the necessary mobs to proceed.
They really need to remove NX from these bosses to uphold the new player experience.

 

I feel you. I wish the skills or job-related kills should have special spawn. Kinda like how the China quest needs you to kill the Giant Centipede, which will always spawn. Then subsequently, the Giant Centipede spawns based on timer.

One thing mildly annoying is about meso explosion. Sometimes, 10 meso coins drop instead, if you click or type too fast. Also, another thing, mildy annoying about it is, you gotta drag the drop window onto the meso button to drop faster. I'd appreciate if meso bags were less of a hassle / less annoying to drop. We chief bandits want to explode our mesos and bombard everything that gets in our way. And we want to do it faster and easier.
