    Hi, i voted on the website and it shows success but checking with my character the NX doesnt reflect in my cash shop. Please help T_T

    Gtop was having an issue on their end. Even though the vote went through, they weren’t sending the confirmation back to us. I believe it has been resolved so future votes should be working.

    Im having the same issue as well. I voted overall 3 times lately so im owed 24k NX at this rate
