    The higher the funding level the better a ski is relative to a faltizan.

    Worth noting that this is without SI, and that the speed calculations is wrong. Going by sire's guide a sky skii is 1.12x as fast as a slow spear (on booster) so the difference is even bigger. ON SI it's still 1.09x fster than a slow spear.

    2many numbers. All I got out of skimming that post is the higher attack, the better a Sky Ski will be because it's a faster speed and the formula favors a faster speed.

    I used the numbers found at https://ayumilovemaple.wordpress.com/2009/09/06/maplestory-attack-speed-reference/
    According to that page it's not remotely close to 1.12x speed. If I go by the assumption that the spear is a slow (8) spear i do get numbers closer to a 1.12x speed difference, so I can see where he is coming from.

    However Dragon Faltizan is Slow (7), not Slow (8). Or at least it is according to that page.
