Closed Can I be unbanned?

    Last thing you did: As far as I remember, I was standing in FM about to close the game as I was going to be away from it for a while.
    It's been a while, I was away from the Royals due to college demands, I'm back playing now.

    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know, the message "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" just appears after a few months of not entering the game

    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    What GM banned you (optional):
    I don't know, I didn't get that information

    If my unban request is not approved, could you please tell me why I was banned?

    Hello. You are not banned. It appears you’re connecting from a banned IP. You can try unplugging your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP. Additionally, if you are using a VPN, ensure it is a paid/private connection.

    I don't understand, because I have another account that is logging in normally. I tested it with the VPN and it didn't work, the same message continues to appear.

    All right, thank you for the information via PM.

    Since you are now getting the "incorrect password" when you try to log in, you can change your credentials at the Control Panel here:

    I would strongly recommend you change your password to something specific to Royals only.
    If you are unable to solve the issue yourself with the Control Panel, you will have to submit a Support Request for an Admin to help you recover your account. You can do that here:

    On that post, please list the following information:

    1) Your character names (IGN):
    2) The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    3) The email address associated with your account:
    4) Your account username (Game Login ID):
    5) Last logged in date (DD-MM-YYYY):
    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Note: Kindly fill in as 'Unknown' for any of the above fields if forgotten, and the Staff will try their best to identify your Royals account.

    Once you do so, an Admin will follow up with you there. That forum is private and cannot be accessed by anyone other than you and the Admins. Once they investigate, they will be able to let you know the status of your account.
    However, please note, if your account was hacked like you suspect it was, it may not be able to be recovered, based on what the hacker may have done to your account. The Admins will let you know that once they investigate.
