QoL Party Quests Matchmaking for PQs

    Might be a bit hard to implement, but it would be cool if a matchmaking system was created for PQs instead of having to smega to find people interested for less popular PQs.

    More in-depth idea:

    - You have a queue for every party quest that has match making
    - People can register as attacker, guide, mule (not sure about all PQs but this can be useful for APQ for example)
    - You can only join one queue at a time to keep things simple. This simply makes it easier for implementation.
    - If you aren't in the area of the PQ then 3mil/a VIP teleport rock will be deducted to teleport you there.

    +1ing this, would also like to add that it would be super helpful for LPQ in order to fill in the specified roles needed to complete it (Dark Sight-haver, ranged attacker, Magician).

    Any reason why Zancks? If it's a question of adding UI I could also see this as simply being done through chat commands, not the best UX but it would be something

    A matchmaking system that works in real-time is difficult to implement/code, with roles as well

    Last time we considered adding new functions via commands it was decided that this not the route we wanna go so we only made some existing ones easier to use (currently reverted due crashing issues).

    As for the matchmaking itself, its a big idea that needs both client and source code editing with all the logic involved (who searches for which PQ, what does he look for in job/level/role etc/notify or warp them etc). Even big gaming development teams struggle to make good, bug-free matchmaking systems with decent queue times. We probably also lack a big enough player count to make a system like this actually work well.
    As much as I hate it but client edits can cause a lot of unforeseen problems. It’s also hard for us to test them throughout because different system have different problems with certain updates. We might have no problems on our testserver while stuff breaks on live for some reason.

    That being said, I hope you understand that we as a team of volunteers can’t provide such a PQ matchmaking implementation.
