Not really sure why I'm getting this message. Haven't played in about 8 months but last time I was online I was leveling up a new character on my account with friends. I've been voting for NX and logging in with no issues on the site but now that i downloaded the latest client I'm getting this message. Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Hello. Can you explain the origin of the CS and SCG that you were selling in your shop last time you were logged in?
The chaos scroll i got from gacha in mushroom shrine (that was my main way of getting money, spending nx on gacha and hoping to luck out on chaos scrolls) I believe I was only selling one of them? I'd understand if i was selling many of them but this was obtained legitimately. as for the SCG it was one i purchased a long time ago to look cool when people looked at my gear, because the actual stats of it were awful. I wanted to buy an actually good workglove so i wanted to sell it in the shop. I hope i'm recollecting the SCG correctly because I have no memory of having another one. This was all a long time ago as well so forgive me if i'm slightly misremembering all of this. Were these items being the reason for blocking the entire account? In my 8 years of playing I've never been blocked out at all so I didn't even think selling legitimate items were a reason to be banned.
AH I think i remember the SCG now. I believe I tried to sell it at the max price (2.1b or something) hoping to luck out and some random guy would spend all their mesos. I can see how that can be seen as suspicious and trying to get money unfairly. I also did not know this was against the rules but I can see how it could have been taken the wrong way.
