Actually its stared unable to launch when i accidentally reset my real-time virus scanning, therefore i had off back the real-time virus scanning and its still unable launch the mapleroyal.
If you are unable to install it in other locations, does that mean you don't have admin rights to the PC? Is the PC meant for school or work purposes?
