    I would like to formally request a ban on my account. The period will be indefinite until I make an appeal.

    It doesn't work that way. If you want to ban yourself for a certain length of time, you tell us. However, if you decide to lift the ban early, we will not do that and you must wait until your ban expires. Therefore by asking for an indefinite ban, the ban will never be lifted.
