Closed Can't click Fredrick and Therefore Can't Open Shop

    Problem: Fredrick has items I need to claim, however I am unable to click him.
    Details: Can't open shop because Fredrick has items, however I can't click Fredrick. Tried restarting computer and redownloading client to no avail.

    Unfortunately, you can only wait for a server check for this issue to self-resolve

    Thanks for your response! I can’t remember if I had any mesos to recover, but I imagine I’m being taxed on every day I don’t collect still?

    You may update here with a screenshot if you were taxed by the bug and I will check with the Admins if a refund is possible
