This is an ID that is already logged in?

    I was going to complete the training quest for rogue, but I began to lag. So I decided to relog and when I tried to log in to my account again, it said: "This is an ID that is already logged in,..." I know it's lag, but it's been about 20 minutes and I still can't log in.

    I saw another thread similar to this and saw someone mention an "account fix" option? Where can I find it on the website?

    I can finally log in; however, when I try to get on one of my characters, the game freezes and crashes/brings me back to the login screen.
