I can't get into the game in every way, from adjusting the remaining card to 60hz to turning off all security devices and firewalls. and reloading a lot
I'd recommend redownload the setup then exclude the file in "Virus & protection" area in the windows firewall, then run the setup as admin. After everything was downloaded, exclude the whole folder as well, and the shortcut that was made at desktop. Then - everything should run smoothly
Do you have a screenshot of your monitor(s) Display Hz? Also, have you tried the Hz higher than 60? As this error occurs when the Hz is lower than 60 (such as 59.99)
There's a new update released https://royals.ms/forum/threads/update-88-2-31-11-23.226350/ "Fixed an issue causing the client not to start due to specific monitor refresh rates/resolutions." Could you try it out and update here if it works for you? (please download the installer instead of using auto-patch)
Please do the followings: Step 1: delete every single MapleRoyals file you have on your computer. Step 2: Re-download the new setup from the website. Step 3: Exclude the new setup exe file from the windows firewall (you need to do that in the Virus & Protection area). Step 4: Make sure no anti-virus is active, then "Run as administrator" the setup exe. Step 5: Exclude both the whole folder of MapleRoyals AND the MapleRoyals.exe file shortcut (or if you went without a shortcut, just the .exe file that you double click to get into the game) from the Virus & Protection area. Step 6: Log in the game! If you HAVE to use an anti-virus and can't use only Windows Firewall - Please exclude both the setup, the folder, and .exe file from the anti-virus. Please try it and let me know if it works. Also - wait up for the client to start. it might take a minute.
Hello, new files have been downloaded and exclusion to anti-virus has been previously established long ago. "Run as administration" option - but nothing pops up. Opening task manager confirms that the client launched but it is listed under "background processes" instead of being listed in the "Apps" section in Task Manager
Was resolved on another post https://royals.ms/forum/threads/upd...n-once-launch-the-client.226375/#post-1379215
