Details of the issue: I opened a new character but I can't pass the "select a character" part. everytime I enter the pin code it change to black screen and then it's out of the game and I got this message: you have been disconnected from the login server. please try again later. I try everything but it doesn't work. I re-enter to the game again, delete the game and download again, restart the computer, nothing help! please help me!. What error code were you given(if any): I added it.

ok so I saw it still banned and that totally ok, I deserve it and I didn't even wanted them to be un-banned. all I want now is to play with one character and play again the game that I love so much. I tried to get inside the game again with maplemoran and I didn't get the message it got deleted/blocked. I don't know if it's because it's a new one or not but for now I don't have the message ant it pass to the select a character part but it does the same again as yesterday and I wanted to know if there is a way to fix it? I really just want to be back in the game and start all over. I'm 27 years old and I learn from my mistake, this is why I still have hope something good will happed. I'm in a new level in my life now and I just want to do the best I can to prove myself that I can be better.
