Hi, I have not been able to vote for more than a week now. I have tried all of the steps recommended in the troubleshooting guide, following the flow chart here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/troubleshooting-voting-issues.140129/ Things I have tried: Voting using incognito Using a different device Using mobile data When I hover over 'Click here to vote' and copy the link address, I can see the URL is generated correctly. However, clicking the link or pasting the URL just redirects me to this generic link: "https://gtop100.com/topsites/MapleS...eRoyals-The-Nostalgic-MapleStory-Server-79510" Please let me know if I am doing anything stupid! Thank you.
Do you have a screenshot of the issue? Please also ensure you are logged into the right account before voting https://royals.ms/login?ref=vote

Yes, I am logged into my account - see the screenshot below: you can see that the correct link is generated when I hover over the 'Click here to vote!' button, with my username. After clicking the link, the page I am redirected to on G100: Let me know if you require any more information!
Gotten what you meant, and was able to replicate it (it was fine when I voted near reset of today) Have informed the Devs about this issue Will update here if there's any progress
Hello, I have checked with the Devs This new change seems to have been made by Gtop100 and Royals Staff was not made aware of it However, the Devs have tested and are still able to obtain the NX Please try voting as per the usual procedure (login to the right account and vote) and update here if the NX did not reflect *reflecting of the NX may take a few minutes
Wow, I wish I contacted you earlier! It certainly did not help with the Vote button's location being moved and made black, giving me the false impression that something was wrong. I can confirm that this is working now and my NX was reflected - thank you so much for your help and I appreciate it. Yea, the change of button position was also a sneaky ninja change by them (wasn't mentioned) Been guiding other players with this image as some of them have been waiting for at least 3 days (they thought the button wasn't loading) Spoiler: Button
