Solved [Solution Given] Have been disconnected from the login server

    I can log into the game but after I play for a minute or two, the game returns to the log-in page or crashes and gives me the warning below. This issue hadn't happened before until tonight. And I haven't installed any VPN.

    How often does the disconnect/crash occur?

    Several times last night. But it went back to normal today, which is weird. Thanks anyway!

    If it only occurs once in awhile or during specific timing such as peak hours, might be unstable network

    Should it happens again, you may do a ping test to confirm if any data loss from your network to Royals
    Note: it's not accurate to use other service such as Google to do a ping test for Royals

    CMD test
    Open CMD and type ping 51.68.205.179 -t
    And let it send about 50~100 times
    Note: Ctrl C to stop the continuous pings
