Fredrick is bug

I can't open the store on my char because I can't get Fredrick's items...

What do you mean you can't get the items?

Do you have a full inventory?

 

I can't chat with him, the pop-up won't open

 

Can you film a video of it?

Also - did you try reclienting / reinstalling(worst case scenario)?

There shouldn't be any issue with Fredrick.

I, personally, used the NPC less than 40 minutes ago.

And Is the alleged bug happens with others characters?

 

Not just in the Sheera Character

 

If it's an issue only on one character..

Then it's something else.

I'd suggest being outside of the FM in channel 2 (for an example) as you log in, then enter the Free Market and try to change cc, and then try to click fredrick.

If that doesn't help, I don't have much left to do here so wait for a Staff response.
