Yes they are, one of the end game bosses has a bonus similar to CWK (30 boxes) and can drop 1, 5, and 20% CSS I believe It’s also with stricter RWT control rules that came out have cleared out a lot of illegal activity and caused a high end gear scarcity. Resulting in people being much more likely than leta say, 2 years ago, to cssing their 16 +4 BFC, because finding high end attack gear is so much harder/expensive
