Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure I try and login to the account, get to character select and then screen goes black and disconnects.
Ban message when attempting to log in: No message just disconnects.

Hello your accounts are not banned but you are connecting from a banned IP address. Please restart your router, ask your ISP provider for a new IP, or get a private VPN!

 

But I have other characters on on other accounts and they are not IP banned so I am not sure how one account would be IP banned and the others not?

 

I have tried to login from another IP address and still facing the same problem

All my characters names across all accounts are: JohnWorry, Slopp, MaxCena, VukMob, sdfsdfsdfsdg

 

Your accounts are not banned. So you can login to other characters, but not VukMob on the same device and network?

 

I am unable to access the account with Vukmob and sdfsdfsdfsdg. I created sdfsdfsdfsdg on the same account to test to see if it was an issue with the character Vukmob but it seems I can't access them both.

 

When did you create the account?

 

I think in 2019. I cant remember exactly.

 

Were you using the same device/network for both accounts?

 

Yes I was I am currently able to access the accounts that have JohnWorry, Slopp and the account that has MaxCena on the same network/device

Hi it seems as though I am now experiencing this issue on my account that contains JohnWorry and Slopp. I believe it is because I logged in from a different IP address (my work) as when I tried to login at home I was prompted to enter my pin and now when I get to character select and enter my pic, screen goes black and dcs. The other characters on the other accounts work fine

 

Your accounts are not banned and your previous issue was resolved without interference, hence I can only advise you to try again at a later time

 

Hi there, I have been trying to login since Wednesday and am facing the same issue only with the account that holds Johnworry and Slopp. This issue only started occuring after I tried to login from my works address. Im not sure what to do

 

Even when I connect via a VPN or my mobile data I enter my pic and then I get a message saying I have been disconnected from the server.

 

Okay now I cant connect to any of my accounts after trying to connect via my mobile data. Please can you take another look into this

 

Actually I have managed to login now using mobile data disregard previous messages
