That usually just means the smega is sent but the channel you're in is bugged so it won't display to people on your channel.
Thats a known Bug. I don't know what causes this, but at some time (normally it takes some time after an server restart) Smegas won't show up in certain channels anymore. If you're in one of this channels its not seen in this or any other bugged channel but still visible in other channels. Quite annoying Bug tho.
I asked my friends if they see my message and I said no. And they were in multiple different channels. :/ Yes, it's very annoying. :/
There are usually two channels that bug out after a server restart, so this is a known bug. Your smega was shown to those in other channels though.
