Not a registered ID

I registered to make a character and the login screen is saying that I am my id is not a register id! What do I do?

 

Or you're not launching Maple with the Royals.exe.

 

I downloaded the mac client. The game is popping up just fine, do I need to do something with Royals.exe?

 

And I made a separate game account. It's still saying that my ID is not registered when I try to log into the game.

I don't see any reason why you can't log in. But just in case, I deleted the account so you can try reregistering and logging in again.

 

Made the same account user name, still not working..I have no idea what it could be unless its something with the game. This is what I am seeing.

I don't know if there's a difference in this very procedure between Windows and Mac but if there isn't, my guess is you're launching the MapleStory.Exe, not the Royals.Exe.

(or whatever the Mac-equivalent to Exe is)

Edit: This is what I'm seeing.

And I'm not sure what it entails, I followed every step to get the mac client to work on what they provided me.

 

I found the link on the forum actually from you, you posted back in May.

 

Those files are outdated. You should be getting your files from the official MapleRoyals site in the Downloads section.

 

holy God, it worked. Thank you guys all so much. I had to redownload everything and get it off the download page you told me to go too and it had no trouble getting me in. Thank you!!!
