Closed banned for 2 defames?

    Last thing you did; defamed someone twice
    Why do you think you got banned; because i defamed someone twice.
    Ban message when attempting to log in; "Banned for harassment for 3 days"
    What gm banned you; Kat banned me

    first, i dont think its fair that i got banned for defaming someone twice
    second, if thats bannable you should make that more clear and take the button off. I got banned for 3 days by kat, guess what she said in an earlier forum regarding neon force

    "Neonforce has been banned for 3 days for harassment. Although 2 defames doesn't constitute mass defaming per se, Neonforce's general behaviour as regards this matter is also unacceptable"
    and than she goes ahead and bans me for 2 defames when i didnt say anything to harass him at all, i plainly defamed him twice and thats it.
    third, demiosu's post is completely unfair cuz i dont recall offering her for a scg cuz i havent bought or done anything with SCG's for the past month or two.
    fourth, shes just trying to get me banned and i dont even talk to her, i dont know why she is hating on me. Probably rickys friend i suppose

    The reason I banned you for three days (after discussion with other members of staff) is that you took part in the 3-against-1 harassment of Ricky. Although we have a basic rule against harassment, it would be very difficult and unrealistic to have a one-size-fits-all definition of it, and this is where we have to use our discretion as staff to make a decision as to whether or not the behaviour in any specific case constitutes harassment. I hope that most people would agree that 3 people ganging up against one person who had legitimately reported one of them (Shaun) constitutes bullying - ie harassment.

    ah, so if i feel like defaming someone whos been defamed a minute before, im going to get banned? please, just take the defame button off.

    Also, You make it sound so much worse than it is, as if we got together and giggled over the fact were gonna defame ricky cuz shaun got banned.

    I was not speaking with shaun or my guildy to defame him, i simply did it because i wanted to.

    This was not a coup d'etat as you say.
