Hello all, Starting up my level 166 Bucc (~12k HP) from the ground up since I gave away all my equips and Mesos a few years ago. Just wondering what gear would be considered “decent” enough to do the “easier” bosses like Pap, Ellin bosses, Zak, Krex, and possibly HT. I luckily still have my untradeables like a +40 scarga, MON, Ellin earrings, 4 rings, a yellow belt, and maple leaf. But other than that I have nothing else to my name From my research so far, I was able to find that what would suffice in terms of priority would be: 1. Pirate overall (white pioneer) to get to 100 Dex 2. Minimum 98 WA King cent 3. 10 WA work glove or SCG 4. 3-5 WA BFC 5. 3-5 WA Facestompers 6. Specs Granted a lot this information spanned over the course of threads up to four years. Wondering if the meta could have changed. Any other considerations would be great. Thank you!
You shouldn’t be too far off your dex goal if you have those untradeables still. Your priorities are in the correct order too. after you buy all those equips you mentioned your next upgrade goal should be something like this (with tradeups in between) 104 king cent 1b 15 glove 1.5b 10 cape 2b 7 shoe 2b Overall becomes last priority to upgrade after you can equip your king cent This is good enough gear for your first 200 At 170 you unlock rose garden which is a money printer. do your dailies pap ellin and rg especially during event and you will progress quicker than you think.
I agree with Skete 100%. After you get those equips, a 32str 8dex pioneer was around 1b last time i checked like a month or two ago. That could carry you to late game too. For helmets I usually get +15 main stat and +30 secondary scarlion/targa, then I try to scroll a decent zhelm (+20 main, +30 secondary), you could get those while you lvl up to 170 or after dailies
I still have some of the low-level equips I scrolled for my Buccaneer. They aren't that good, but at least you will be able to play your character until you are able to get something better. I can also give you a clean 74ATK King Cent and 7 60% knuckle scrolls. If you would like any of these, I don't mind giving them to you!
