Hello, this is not a ban appeal... I'm merely asking for some clarification regarding how multiple voting bans are carried out by the staff.

My situation is this: I created multiple accounts. Let's call them A, B, and C. In the past I have voted on all three accounts, sometimes within the same 24 hour period. (this was accomplished by voting on account A at home, voting on B at work, etc.). This went on for some time.

Then approximately 10 days ago, my accounts B and C received a 3-day ban. I asked why, and was told that the reason was voting on multiple accounts. Fair enough, I did know that it was against the rules. And now realising that the staff is serious about this, I resolved to become a model citizen and vote only once per day. As an extra precaution, I refrained from voting on any account during the 3 day ban.... didn't vote at all, period.

After the 3 days were over, accounts B and C became unbanned. I was able to play on all my accounts, hurray.

Now since I had been playing account A the most, it was my highest level character (107) with the most items and mesos... so I decided to make A my voting account. And so I voted on A. And did *not* vote on any other account.

Then wham, almost immediately after I voted, account A was banned. Account C was also banned very shortly after that. And this time they were permanent bans, not a 3-day. This was quite upsetting and I said to myself "to hell with this", and I deleted Maple from my computer and quit. This was on Saturday, Oct 19th.

A week went by and I'm thinking about playing Maple again... spurred in part by former Maple friends asking (on the forum) where I am. However I'm concerned that as soon as I start playing again and vote on my remaining account B, it will get permabanned also.

So anyways my question is: how can I prevent the event of Oct 19th from happening again? It seems like I was punished for past sins, even though I had reformed and was voting only once per day.

(P.S. I've never hacked or glitched or used bad language on any account, and I'm 100% sure that the bans I received were for multiple voting)

Give me the usernames of the accounts B and C (or whatever accounts you don't want to vote on). I will set the NX on those accounts to 0 so that only account A will have the NX from voting. That way no alarms will be set off (hopefully).

Account A: Heisenberg (permabanned, not gonna vote)
Account C: BigDaddy (permabanned, not gonna vote)

Actually, the voting issue is not the problem with these accounts. Can you please tell me why there are no MAC addresses associated with your account? Every other account has one and history shows only hackers do not have MAC addresses on their accounts.

I have no idea, didn't even know Maple did anything with MAC addresses.

Edit: Nevermind I'm playing Rome: Total War 2 now, that game is totally addicting.
