I tried to search forums and follow all steps I can find for related issues before posting, but Character Issues sticky thread seems to indicate I may have a MAC ban. As mentioned, I recently moved (same city as before) but I changed ISP and also have a new router. The router was used so that may have something to do with connection issues.

Sorry I think I have 1 more character on the same account as ItemCatch but I haven't played it in a long time so I don't remember the name. But those 4 characters between 2 accounts are all I have. I'm the only person that plays in my house.
I see. BiggestDong was caught botting back in 2022. However, the email registered to that account is the same one registered to ItemCatch. BiggestDong also shared the same login locations as some of the characters you claim to own in your ban appeal. Edit: It’s been a couple of days, so I will close this ban appeal as it’s clearly your character. Your appeal has been denied due to ban evading a permanent ban.
