    Last thing you did: been too long to remember, last time i played was in 2019
    Why do you think you got banned?: No Clue.

    Okay, thank you. I know for a fact i played a lot around 2016-2017 and tried to pick it back up in 2019 for a short time. Never hacked or abused anything.

    I tried resetting my PIN and PIC and also password, it showed the same message afterwards.
