    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional):
    Had a power shortage yesterday while playing, and after energy was restored and tried to log in, the message appeared. I've already restarted the internet provider router (since IP was the issue last time) twice, but can't log in just yet

    Hello! You are not banned, but I do show you are connecting from a banned IP. I know you mentioned already restarting your router/modem, but if you didn't do this before try leaving them unplugged for at least 3 minutes. The only other suggestion would be to use a VPN (you'd want to use a private/paid VPN though to ensure you were getting a private IP or the same thing could happen).
