Notice Server Check 22/04/24

Hi Royallers,

There will be a server check on 22nd April 2024 at 13:00 Server Time (UTC), lasting approximately 1 Hour. You do not need to update or reinstall the game.

This server check will fix the following:

• Fix issues affecting channel 1 event map.
• Fix an issue affecting drops in Monster Carnival.
• Fix immediately expiring UFO mounts.
• Removed Lazy Daisy Eggs from players without the quest.

Name changes will also be processed during this server check.

Additionally, we would like to provide an update regarding the lag currently affecting Asia-Pacific users:

Unfortunately, at approximately 18:00 UTC, April 19th, there was damage caused to an undersea cable. This cable is located just west of Singapore and impacts the cabling system connecting 17 countries from Singapore to Europe. Users can read more about the cable here: https://www.submarinenetworks.com/en/systems/asia-europe-africa/smw5. Engineers are working to tune for performance and alternate routes where possible, until the issue is resolved. There is no ETA for how long it will take to repair and redeploy the cable, but we will provide updates if we hear any new information.​
