hello, so i wanna start by saying im not sure i can call it a bug, but im fairly sure that the drop rate in RG is pretty bugged.
not mentioning the nerf at all, just that if the drop rate feels weird and here my explanation on why if the drop rate is set by chance like 5% of mobs u kill will drop it, or it has 5% chance of being dropped, then if i kill 20 mobs per min 2 of those should summon a bee.
so generally speaking if i kill 100 mobs i should get about 10 bee's.
ofc it would change for the better and worse (but only to a certain degree,) i can expect somthing constant.
but now past week, ive done rg finished a couple of times with 16-20 min (left),
couple of times with 8-10 min (left)
    BUT
the past 3 days i gotten 16 bees only twice, and in one of those runs i killed 200 mobs before i got the 1st bee.
thats y im fairly sure somthing is bugged-AGAIN: not the drop rate, but the actual mobs or somthing.
doesnt make sense that every day since before the neft its a breeze to do it and now suddenly i cant finish?
did it today and again with 14-6 min (left) i was done.
if u can, please check the issue further :D
    thanks alot!

oops posted halfway im editing rn

That would be a 10% drop rate, not 5%. Based off the amount of mob etcs I get from a run, the drop rate seems roughly accurate personally.

2 stacks is average (actually slightly over because etcs aren't 100% drop). Going a bit over 2 stacks is because it's 5%, not guaranteed every 20th kill. There's a bit of variance.

right but thats double the kills not 20% more
2 stacks are not average for me. also not only that but the duration is way off.
so even if i get the worst end of the chance instead of lets say 250 kills i get 300, that actually make sense but 420-500 is not within that statistical frame (atleast to my understanding).

look all i say is that there may be another factor to why everyone are complaining lately, since not everyone that that desparate for quick bon

At a 5% chance 400 kills is average.

Perhaps what you're referring to is the recent fix to the bugged bonus drop rate, which gave roughly +30% extra drop rate to nearly everything on the server, including bee spawns? Since that's fixed bees should be back to the intended 5% chance, which data seems to roughly support

Just did the math and at a 5% bee rate which is intended, there's a 5% chance per run that you need >575 kills. Needing >500 kills happens around 17% of the time.

Your results are well within what's expected, assuming a 5% bee spawn chance. I do not think there's a bug currently affecting RG, but feel free to collect more data and update this thread with your results.

so i was mentioning the nerf, im saying its not that.
doesnt make sense that everytime i finish with 10 min to spare which.
and 2 days out of all the days that had passed since the nerf, only on those two, not only i dident get 20, i had no time left with 16.
now i cant tell you how many exactly i gottem (etc's) at those 2 days, but its if u put those 2 attemps on a graph with all the successful attemps it seems as if theres somthing so wrong that statistics cant explain it.
and again if you do somthing and everyday u get X, then when u do it again and it takes X2 or even X3 it just doesnt make sense

I spent 25 minutes in bonus stage yesterday and got 3 bee's. bee's have also spawned while I'm typing to a friend or after flash jumping to a new platform and just beginning to attack mobs (nothing has died for 3-5 seconds) so someone please explain to me how they are "dropping" from the mobs being killed when they are spawning spontaneously (not after something just died).
I genuinely want to understand how this works and everything I've heard up until now sounds like speculation from someone who doesn't fully understand themselves.

The mobs drop an invisible item that gets absorbed by the map similar to how you purify the poison in ellin pq, seeds turn into flower in henesys pq, etc and it spawns a bee, so there is usually a delay in when the map eats the item. I believe if you search up “bee” in your pet ignore section, you’ll find that item (I think it’s called summon golden bee)
