Hi, I recently started playing Maplestory again but I had problems logging into my account, I remember two Characters names, "Mmerce" and "Kusmito", nor the last thing I did on the server, I don't know the GM who banned me, I don't know anything
Your accounts were hacked a while ago and were banned to prevent further damage. We recommend changing all your credentials, if you have not already done so. You can go to the Control Panel and change them here: https://royals.ms/controlpanel/login We recommend using credentials unique to MapleRoyals only. You should also make a post in the Support Request forum here: https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ In your request, please include the following information: All your character names (IGNs): The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY): The email addresses you think might be associated with your account: Your account username (Game Login ID): The last time you played*: *Please provide an estimation if unsure Do not post any of the above information on this thread, as this one is public. The Support Request Forum is private. Once all that is done, an Admin will be required for the next step. I will let them know of your request, but it will likely take some time before they get to it, as they always have a lot of tasks to take care of. You may play on your other accounts and create new ones in the meantime. Once you create the thread in the Support Request Forum, your account recovery will continue with the Admins on there.
