Gachapon sometimes wont give an item

    As you can see in the SS he took mine ticket but didn't gave me a item for it

    Thanks for posting this thread, I am aware of this issue and have had a brief look but can't identify the problem. Will have a further look later.

    If you encounter this bug take a screenshot like Dylan has done and I can reimburse you for the lost Gachapon Tickets.
