Sorry to add yet another disconnection thread to this sub. I tried the troubleshooter to see if I could find a solution, but it pretty much said to check the forums. I can select my character just fine, and I can play for ~5 minutes or so. But after a while, everything (monsters, players, etc.) walk in place, skills won't register, and damage dealt to monsters doesn't register. Then, about 30 seconds later, I disconnect to the home screen saying that I lost connection to the game server. Has anyone else had a similar problem to this?
This sounds like some kind of internet issue on your end, since I don't believe we're experiencing any server problems at the moment. Generic things to go over would be restarting your router/contacting your ISP to see if they're experiencing any issues, and running a traceroute to see where your connection is being dropped. Hrmm, can't seem to get MTR to work, I use royals.ms as the host name, and then I try playing as usual, but it gets zero results. Any idea as to why?
