Hi, I understand that Field bosses were given long timers between spawns as to decrease the farming of NX cash , Will it be possible to create a hidden map for these bosses as Olaf's Quest requires the killing of these bosses? Setting it in a private/hidden map that only spawns the boss but does not drop/severely decrease drop rate?
Seeing how the boss spawn rates are around 3hr+ and the concurrent online players are 1,100+(as of currently), even assuming 5% is already 55 players who may all have this quest to complete requires the same few low spawning bosses to complete the quest
They were given longer and shorter timers (+\- 20%), not just longer timer Some bosses can be summoned with monster galore bag (obtainable from NLC and Showa gachapon, and FM for under 20m). Waiting and hunting for area bosses are considered part of exploring the game world (for Olaf and boss chain quests) so I wouldn’t agree with the recommendation to have the bosses available immediately even with no exp or drop.
I was able to comfortably find all the bosses for Olaf questline within a week. All of them on the first check with the exception of Lyka and Nine-tailed fox.
I found it helpful to, if you go check for a boss and you find none of them, just leave and do something else, don't waste your time looping channels and waiting. It usually means that someone just came and killed all 20 of them. It's annoying that people do this but wcyd it's only a couple psychos, since farming small area bosses is not profitable.
