I still can't play ms

I deleted everything again, every single file, completely cleaned my computer of anything turned off all virus protectors . Had a professional I.T guy do everything right. I'm still being kicked off every few minutes without an error box/sign, just taking me right back my desktop without any warnings. He said it might be something on your guys services

 

Are you able to get in game and play for a few minutes before that happens?

 

yes, just a few though, i really don't know what is wrong. i'm not that bad with computers, but i had to get him from daddy's company and it's still messed up. so i'm not too sure what it can be.
