    So normally I can hold down shift and it will use a skill over and over. Ever since I started playing on the macbook I noticed I have to keep pressing shift to use my skill. Is there any way I can change that

    Just a thought, because I've encountered something like this on one of my laptops: is there something in your computer settings that is preventing you from holding down a key to use it repeatedly?

    I can confirm this is because you're using a laptop, but I haven't found a fix to it myself. It's a problem on every laptop I've seen/ heard people play on. My solution was to just plug in an external keyboard. I prefer the key layout of a full keyboard anyways.

    If you're using windows, check to make sure that Filter Keys and Sticky Keys are disabled.
