No characters have been created on the account in question. I have not yet played on the account. I am genuinely unsure of why this account could have been banned as I am just returning to the game after a year. Received the message "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. please check again" Would love to chat with a mod if at all possible. Thanks!
This is on my other account. It is odd, I am able to log into the account on the Royals website and change my password ETC. However, I am just unable to log into the account to create a character.
So describe what happens when you try to log onto this account, because I am not following. The other accounts of yours I checked, and they don't have any bans on them at all. However, are you saying you created a brand new account and you cannot log onto only that one?
Sorry for the confusion, I believe I have 4 accounts in total. As I attempt to log into one with no created characters from the game launcher, the message "this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. please check again" appears. Not sure if this helps at all. If you require more personal info, i'm happy to connect over discord.
All right, found your account. Since you made the account years ago and never signed into it, it had been banned for inactivity. I have removed the ban and you should be able to connect with it now.
