Closed Ban Appeal - Inactive for 3 years

My friends and I were caught up in adulthood and decided to go offline for awhile... and it has been 3 years. I attempted login to check on my account yesterday to discover it banned / blocked.
Why do you think you got banned?: Inactivity?
Ban message when attempting to log in: 'This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.'

 

Hello you are not banned. try restarting your router or use a private VPN see if that works!

I've restarted my router but however I'm still unable to login to my account.

Is there anyway that we can resolve this other than using a private VPN? (I really don't want to be spending money unecessarily).
