Closed Returning Player cannot login. Deleted or blocked from connection.

    ALL Your Character Names:
    3 characters come to mind.

    Annarkie should be my warrior around level 70 (I remember having my forum account name changed to match this character).

    Shulk was a brawler around level 55 or 56 that I was slowly working on.

    Ennex was a Night Lord around level 120 but I'm pretty sure I deleted him at some point.

    Not sure of the other characters as I had a few placeholders.

    Edit 4: Nightshade is another IGN that sticks out to me.

    Last thing you did:
    I vaguely remember hunting for Gold Zombie teeth with Annarkie. I have a set of 30 on my mule account (IGN: Embezzle) that I remember transferring from Annarkie after grinding all 30.

    Why do you think you got banned?:
    Lack of activity I assume? VPN issue?

    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again."

    What GM banned you (optional):
    Not sure.

    Either way, I hope this is something that can be recovered. I am able to successfully log into this account on the website and I was able to recover this forum account to sort this all out, haha. I am me and this is my account that I would like to play on. The same me from years ago that used to post and play here.

    I am able to log into my mule account in-game though.

    Edit 1: I have now seen some other forum posts about the same thing. I do use a VPN, I have since disabled it and restarted my router. I will keep trying periodically.
    I have also bought a dedicated IP with my VPN. I read that this may help as well. Reformatted the post for easier reading.

    Edit 2: Neither using my dedicated VPN nor raw connection seems to be allowing me to login to the game. Website yes, game no. Regardless of router/modem being reset. Will keep trying and checking back here.

    Edit 3: I have sent a Support Request with more private information to hopefully assist with your review and decision.

    Hello. I have forwarded your appeal to our admins to look into further. This may take some time due to their backlog, but they will respond here when they are able. In the meantime please do not try logging in as your accounts are banned (need an admin to look into it further as they issued the ban).
