Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban. Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. The current MAC Address associated with your connection is the Address 88-88-88-88-87-88, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You will need to disable your faulty MAC address in order to connect to the game.
